LandFam on the Move

Well it is time I Blogged. I do so much TechnoJunk and have yet to delve into this. Well here it is.

The Land Fam is jumping into the vast realm of moving to Asheville NC on Nov 1st. It has been one of the great strains of the ears to hear God, mind to discipher his voice, heart to believe it and will to move into it. It has pushed Amy and me into deeper prayer and forced dependence upon the Almighty. It is diving headlong out of the comfort zone, into the unknown, away from a massive net of support and structure. We believe that the Lord has clearly laid this path ahead of us and has already forged the way. But there is still the fear. Where will we live? Will those students like me like the ones in Katy have for so many years? Will I find my niche? What is God trying to do at Grace? ...through me? ...in my family? ...in my heart? There are a thousand unanswereds. But, despite that, we are on the way, confident that He who began a good work in the Lands will carry it on to completion. The people in Asheville are incredible. We can already feel the support and love and acceptance and passion from them. This is going to be a great ride, a great adventure. I'll try to keep a running post of the top questions people have (Amy and I have fielded pretty much the same questions from dozens and dozens of people...this way we can answer them all at once).
